MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN III
Preferred: Successful completion of Technician II Level, depending upon position availability and application/interview process is preferred.
Proficient in each level of assigned area.
Understand, communicate, and promote achievement of department metrics.
Has ability to become proficient in troubleshooting of all machines in assigned area.
Has the ability to perform minor preventative maintenance on assigned machine(s).
Ability to train and develop team members.
Promotes safety and quality initiatives with area team members.
Demonstrate complete confidentiality on sensitive subjects or information.
Observe, recognize, and act upon continuous improvement opportunities as an individual, with teams and/or Supervisors
Interact and follow up with team on room/line visual management board.
Effectively communicate area specific information and updates to area team members.
Builds rapport with team members and networks with other departments for support.
Develop an internal support network across business units. Actively and appropriately communicate with personnel within the support network.
Effective presentation skills in small team settings with limited larger team discussions
Provide input for area team member proficiency reviews.
Demonstrates proficiency on computer programs related to personal and team job functions (i.e. SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Recognizes opportunities to improve processes to become more efficient.
This opening is in the Dispensing Department- 1st shift 6am-2pm Monday - Friday at our Challenger location.
